I reserve the right to decline your request for any reason, even if it's not listed in the Won't Draw section below.

Requests received from individuals who I have blocked on any of my linked accounts will automatically be declined.

Do NOT claim that the commissioned work that I completed is yours. Please credit me when you post it in a public space.

My terms of service and prices are subject to changes at any time, but it will not affect requests that are already sent before such change.

I generally accept payments in USD currency through PayPal.

For Local Payment options, I also accept: GCash, Maya & Bank Transfers (at a discounted exchange rate of 1USD:50PHP)

Once I confirmed your commission request, full payment must be sent before I start work on it.

Partial payments (50% upfront) can only be negotiated if the commission price is equal to or exceeds $100.

There will be no cancellations and no refunds once I mark your commission request status as WIP (Work-in-Progress).

For skeb-style art commissions, there will be no progress updates and revisions (unless its minor details like wrong color/missing accessories).

I will send you the completed art just to check-in if you'd like to have any minor revisions. But if I receive no response either after seven business days or one day before the delivery deadline date, whichever is closer, it will be taken as a confirmation that no minor revisions are needed on the finished artwork. I will then mark your commission request status as finished.

For standard art commissions, I will give you progress updates at each of the first three phases (Rough Sketch, Lineart and Base Color). You can request for various revisions at each of these phases.

However, please note that significant changes in the art composition after the Rough Sketch phase will not be accepted.

Additionally, minor revisions can only be accepted after the Base Color phase. Major revisions after the artwork has been rendered and finalized will constitute additional fees.

Each commission can usually be completed within 4-8 weeks after I mark your commission request status as WIP (Work-in-Progress).

Depending on my health issues and the workload in my full-time job, I may complete your request sooner than indicated above. But it can be really unstable, so I would really appreciate your understanding on this matter, and that you are submitting your request fully aware of this.

A rush fee will apply if there is a deadline, or if you'd like for me to complete it within a specified timeline that is earlier than what is indicated in the previous point.

If there will be any delays from my end, I will be sure to communicate this to you.

The work will be delivered via Email, through a Google Drive Link.

The indicated usage for this in the submitted form will be applied accordingly, as well as the additional fees that come with it.

For Monetized Content and Commercial/Merchandising Usage, please indicate in the form if you'd like to negotiate the related additional fees with me.

Personal Use consists of: Usage of the commissioned work as a profile picture/header, sharing on social media accounts, printing as personal merch & given as a personal gift, under a non-business account and where no monetization is involved.

I have the right to post the watermarked commission work on my social media and to include it in my portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon.

The artist (einsatzzz) shall own the copyright and other intellectual property rights to the digital artwork and its copies. No rights shall be transferred or assigned to the client through their purchase of the digital artwork.

Do NOT use any of the artworks I completed for any types of AI-generated training/processes, cryptocurrencies, non-fungible tokens( NFT) or in any hateful/discriminatory manner.
